I am confirming that I can send unlimited Listing videos from multiple agents.
Yes, you can send unlimited listing videos. To clarify these listing videos are the videos where a house is showcased and not an agent.
I understand we are allowed to have one agent also send their videos. Does it have to be the same agent for the entire year? Or, if the partnership isn't working out, are we able to switch which partner we use?
You can change your partner every 6 months. Meaning you can send videos for one realtor partner, and if you wish to change it, then you have to wait for the six months period. This is different than collaboration videos. For a video to be a collaboration video, you and your partner BOTH need to be in the video. Collaboration videos allow you to have different partners in multiple videos.
How fast will I get my videos?
Each video will be delivered within 48 business hours. When you submit more than one project at the time, your videos enter a queue. The first video will be delivered in 48h, and the second video 48h max after receiving the first video so on and so forth.
If I submit a video on friday will I get it on Saturday?
No. The 48h are business days.
